Millie's Hallmark ships UPS ground or USPS ground--whichever is most economical--within the U.S.A. to the contiguous 48 states.

Upon request, Millie's Hallmark can ship UPS 3-day select or Next Day Air at a premium cost to the customer.

If another shipping method is required to your location, please call 1-480-893-3777 to make direct arrangements.

Customer must report damaged product within 7 (seven) days of receipt.  Product in new, in-tact condition may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges, within 30 days of receipt.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Per Arizona state law, sales tax will be charged to products purchased within Arizona, and the rates calculated according to the postal code to which purchases are shipped.

Sales tax will not be charged to purchases outside Arizona.
